If you have a checking account at Shell Federal you can use Access-24's bill pay feature to pay your bills online for free.
Bill Pay is a no-cost, optional feature within Online Banking that lets you pay your bills from any Internet computer. Automatically set up one-time or recurring payments for the creditors, dates and the amounts you want. Pay any company or individual with a U.S. postal address.

 Just click on the Access-24 button (at right) and log into Online Banking. You will be asked to enter your Shell Federal account number and Call-24 password. If you do not have a Call-24 password, call Member Services at (713) 844-1100 during normal business hours and you will be assigned one.
After you log in, click the "Pay Bills" link to begin paying your bills online.
