MobiMoney App

Download the MobiMoney App to add an extra layer of protection to your Shell FCU Debit Card.

The MobiMoney App gives you the ability to receive alerts for all card activity. You are able to restrict card usage based on geographic location, type of merchant, type of transaction and threshold amount.

Registration For New Users:
  • Simply download the App on your mobile device
  • Set up your Shell FCU Debit Card
  • Enter your 16-digit card number, address, CVV, expiration date, and last four digits of your SSN
  • Create your username and password
  • Configure your settings based on preferences

Any Android device using 3.x OS or newer or any Apple devices using and Apple iOS 6.x or newer will be supported.

The MobiMoney App starts immediately.

The menu will show by holding down the Overview button on your phone.

MobiMoney enables you set controls and alerts to limit fraud. These are set, and can vary, for each card registered and can be configured under the “Control Preferences” and “Alert Preferences” tab.

Card On/Off allows you to quickly disable or enable the card as a whole. The sub-controls allow you to set controls based on transactions you do not often use in.

The App shows the last 50 transactions or the last three months of transactions.

The balances are obtained in real-time when the request is made.

The “Transaction Details” screen will show the pertinent details of the transaction and by tapping on the dollar amount (top right) the screen will show what alert and controls settings would have triggered a notification.

If you are having trouble registering your card in the MobiMoney App, please verify that the address, SSN and expiration date you are entering in the MobiMoney App matches the information on your account.
