Phone Banking

Phone Banking gives you immediate automated access to your accounts 24 hours a day from any touch-tone phone.

The Phone Banking phone number is (713) 844-1124 or (800) 388-5542, option #1.

With Phone Banking, you can access your accounts from wherever you are — at home, at the office or on the road. It's safe and secure because you must use a secret Personal Identification Number (PIN) to make your transactions. You can quickly obtain account information for your savings and checking accounts, loans, deposits, withdrawals, tax information, current rates and you can transfer funds between accounts*.

*Account must be set up to allow transfers.

How Phone Banking Is Set Up

There are two prompt menus… Service Level Menu and Product Level Menu

Service Level Menu

On the Service Level Menu you will hear:

  • Select an Account to work with (1)
  • Transfer Money (2)
  • All Accounts Balance (3)
  • General Information (4)
  • More Choices (5)
  • Merchant Verification (6)

Additional Options within the Service Level:

Transfer money (2) - prompts that help you determine the direction in which you want to transfer your money, either into the account named or from the account named. You can also request a check be mailed to the address on record.

General Information (4) - CU locations, hours of operation and ATM locations.

More Choices (5) (from the Service Level) - Change your PIN.

Product Level Menu

On the Product Level Menu you will hear any of the following, depending on what accounts you have. The prompt numbers, except for savings (1), will change, listing only your accounts:

  • Savings (includes IRA savings) (1)
  • Checking
  • Certificates
  • Money Markets
  • Loans
  • Mortgage (includes Home Equity)
  • Line of Credit

Information provided at the Product Level:

Savings (including IRA savings) - current balance, available balance, last transaction amount and date;
