Shell FCU is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and is an Equal Opportunity Lender. Anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or regularly conducts business in Harris County, TX can bank with Shell FCU once a $5 savings account is established for membership. Shell FCU Visa debit and credit card transactions made in March and April 2025, with a minimum purchase amount of $25, will be automatically entered into a drawing. Six transactions will be drawn at random, and the winners will be notified via telephone by May 16, 2025. The six winners will receive $500 deposited to their primary savings accounts by May 31, 2025. To qualify for the drawing, eligible transactions must be approved in the qualifying months and posted to the checking account or credit card by May 9, 2025. Cash advances, balance transfers, disputed, fraudulent, ATM, foreign transactions, canceled or returned merchandise transactions are ineligible for this promotion.
