Join us for your credit union’s 89th Annual Meeting, where we’ll share highlights from the past year, celebrate accomplishments, and provide an update on what’s ahead.

Doors open at 6 PM and the meeting will begin promptly at 7 PM.

No tickets will be issued after the meeting is called to order. Limited parking available for vehicles with handicapped place cards or plates. Golf carts will be available to help shuttle members from the parking lot.

FREE CE Course

Join us for Contracts – Latest Updates Every Agent Needs to Know, a free class for all Houston-area realtors. In this class we will discuss the changes in the various contracts. We will discuss the changes that impact Buyers Representation, Listing Agreements, and Contract to close. The discussion will focus on the trickle-down effects of the initial changes, we will discuss the new forms that Texas Realtors has put out. We will also discuss the changes to the common TREC forms used in residential Real Estate. Filling out the new forms properly and posting them in the appropriate place is key knowledge any agent should have and needs to know.

Enjoy an informative session along with a delicious lunch and door prizes! Space is limited to 30 seats, so early registration is encouraged.
