With free eStatements from Shell FCU, you can receive your account statements anytime and anywhere you have Internet access. eStatements are received quicker than those delivered by mail and feature added security, as they are not lying in your mailbox for anyone to take. Each time a new document is ready to view, you will receive an email notification. Then you can log in at your convenience to view or print the pending item. A rolling twenty-four months of eStatements are readily available for your convenience.
Enroll in eStatements
Making the switch from paper to eStatements is easy. Simply log in to Online Banking or, for non-Online Banking users, click here to begin the quick and easy
Accessing eStatements Through Online Banking
If you are an Online Banking user, you can access your statements through there. Once you log in to Online Banking, click on the eStatements tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the eStatements portal to easily access your statements.
Accessing eStatements for Non-Online Banking Users
Other eStatement users who do not access Online Banking can click here to access their eStatements. The first time you access this new portal you will need to select “Click Here to Enroll!” on the right side of your screen to begin the quick and easy
You will be asked to verify that you can see a sample eStatement and then you will be prompted to review and accept the eStatement disclosure. Next, you will be asked for your Account Number (formerly known as member number), Social Security Number, Date of Birth and the Security Code shown on the screen (located in the box under Security Code). Press Continue to choose your User ID and password. The specifications for the password can be found on the right of the screen. The last enrollment step will ask you to choose your statement preference (electronic) and to enter your email address. Once you click Submit you have successfully registered.
