Shell FCU members falling victim to Digital Banking compromises. Fraudsters are calling and texting members while spoofing our official (713) 844-1100 phone number. Do not respond to these texts or calls. Delete the text or hang up immediately.
NEVER share your Digital Banking credentials and avoid disclosing personal information with unsolicited callers or texters claiming to be Shell FCU. We will never do this. If in doubt, call Shell FCU at (713) 844-1100. If YOU call us first the number cannot be spoofed, and you know you will be talking to a Shell FCU employee.
With free eStatements from Shell FCU, you can receive your account statements anytime and anywhere you have Internet access. eStatements are received quicker than those delivered by mail and feature added security, as they are not lying in your mailbox for anyone to take. Each time a new document is ready to view, you will receive an email notification. You can then log in at your convenience to view or print your documents. A rolling twenty-four months of eStatements are readily available for your convenience.
Enroll in eStatements
Making the switch from paper to eStatements is easy. Simply log in to your Digital Banking, from the More Actions Menu (…) select Documents and Statements and select the toggle button next to 'Click here to enroll for eStatements'. Once enrolled, you will have access to view your eStatements. If you are not a Digital Banking user, please refer to the "Accessing eStatements for Non-Digital Banking Users" section.
Accessing eStatements Through Digital Banking
If you are a Digital Banking user, you can access your Statements through there. Once you log in to your Digital Banking, from the More Actions Menu (…) select Documents and Statements. Here you can easily access your statements.
Accessing eStatements for Non-Digital Banking Users
eStatement users who do not access Digital Banking can click here to access their eStatements. The first time you access this new portal you will need to select “Click Here to Enroll” on the right side of your screen to begin the quick and easy five step enrollment process.
You will be asked to verify that you can see a sample eStatement and then you will be prompted to review and accept the eStatement disclosure. Next, you will be asked for your Account Number (formerly known as member number), Social Security Number, Date of Birth and the Security Code shown on the screen (located in the box under Security Code). Press Continue to choose your User ID and Password. The specifications for the Password can be found on the right of the screen. The last enrollment step will ask you to choose your Statement preference (electronic) and to enter your email address. Once you click Submit you have successfully registered.
