Enabling JavaScript

JavaScript is a scripting programming language that makes web pages functional. If JavaScript is disabled, the functionality or content of a web page may be limited or unavailable.

To enable JavaScript follow the instructions below based on your browser:

Desktop Browsers

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Privacy and Security.
  4. Select Site Settings.
  5. Scroll to Content and click JavaScript.
  6. Toggle the switch to enable JavaScript.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
  2. Search for javascript.enabled in the search bar.
  3. If the value is set to false, double-click it to change it to true.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Scroll to All permissions and click JavaScript.
  5. Toggle the switch to enable JavaScript.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and click Safari in the top menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Go to the Security tab.
  4. Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.

Opera

  1. Open Opera and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Go to full browser settings.
  3. Scroll to Privacy and Security.
  4. Scroll to All permissions and click JavaScript.
  5. Click Site Settings > JavaScript.
  6. Toggle the switch to enable JavaScript.

Mobile Browsers

Google Chrome (Android and iOS)

  1. Tap the three-dot menu (Android) or the three-dot menu (iOS) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Site settings.
  4. Tap JavaScript.
  5. Toggle the switch to enable JavaScript.

Safari (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Tap Advanced.
  4. Toggle JavaScript to enable it.

Samsung Internet (Android)

  1. Open the browser and tap the three-line menu in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Sites and downloads.
  4. Tap Site permissions.
  5. Toggle JavaScript to enable it.
