Hello Valued Shell FCU Member,

To initiate the deletion of your Digital Banking profile, kindly reach out to us at (713) 844-1100. Deleting your online profile requires access to be removed for you and any other individuals with access to your Digital Banking profile. Consequently, you will no longer have online access to your accounts, as well as the ability to utilize account alerts, online statements, bill pay, remote deposit, and other services offered within Digital Banking.

Please note that disabling access may take up to 48 hours. Once access is disabled, scheduled transactions or recurring payments set up between your Shell FCU shares or loans will remain operational and can be adjusted by a Shell FCU representative, either in person at a branch or via phone. Any scheduled transactions or recurring payments involving an external account will no longer be in effect.

As a regulated industry, we are required by law to retain data about your online profile for a period of no less than 3 years. Therefore, deleting your Digital Banking profile will not delete all historical records associated with your existing enrollment.
