SHELL FCU 2026 COLORING CONTEST
Official Rules & Details
1. Eligibility

• Shell FCU membership is not required to enter or win.
• Four (4) age categories: 0–5, 6–12, 13–17, and 18+.
• Shell Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers, and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How to Enter

• Participants must use the official Shell FCU coloring page.
• Coloring pages may be picked up at any Shell FCU branch or downloaded and printed from ShellFCU.org.
• Completed entries must be returned to a Shell FCU branch or postmarked by the deadline and mailed to:

• Limit one (1) entry per person.
• All required entry information must be fully completed for an entry to be considered valid.

3. Artwork Guidelines

• Entries in the children’s categories (0–5, 6–12, 13–17) must be completed entirely by the child.
• Adult category (18+) entries must be completed by the submitting adult.
• Artwork must remain on the official coloring page and may not include offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
• Digital edits, AI-generated artwork, or enhancements are not permitted.
• Acceptable materials include crayons, colored pencils, or markers only.
• No mixed media, glue, embellishments, or attachments.

4. Judging & Public Voting

• A Shell FCU employee judging committee will review all eligible entries and select the top ten (10) finalists in each age category based on creativity, effort, and originality. All committee decisions are final.
• Finalist artwork will be photographed or scanned and posted on Shell FCU's official Facebook page. Public voting will open at 10:00 AM on February 13.
• Winners will be determined solely by public voting, based on the total number of reactions received during the voting period. Voting will close at 10:00 AM on February 19.
• Two (2) winners per age category will be selected—the entries with the highest number of votes.
• In the event of a tie, Shell FCU reserves the right to select the winner(s) at its discretion.

5. Prizes

• The top two (2) entries in each age category will each receive a 2026 Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Carnival Ticket Pack (Approximate value: $50).
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or substitutions.

6. Rights & Use of Artwork

• All submitted entries become the property of Shell Federal Credit Union and will not be returned.
• By entering, participants (or legal guardians) grant Shell FCU permission to use the entrant’s first name, last initial, age category, and artwork in branches, on social media, and in promotional or marketing materials.

7. Additional Conditions

• Shell FCU is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• Shell FCU reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or involves fraud, manipulation, or vote tampering.

8. Acceptance of Rules

• Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions made by Shell FCU, which are final and binding.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
