Anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school, or regularly conducts business in Harris County, TX can bank with Shell FCU once a $5 savings account is established for membership. Restrictions and qualifying criteria may apply for all products, services, accounts, loans and offers. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible participants and notified by telephone by the 15th of the month following the qualifying period. The Financial $500: Over the months of May through August 2024, two lucky winners will be randomly selected each month from among qualified participants who have finished that month's financial education material. Simply visit the Financial Wellness Center at www.shellfcu.org every month from May to August 2024, click on "Reward," and complete the financial education material for a chance to win $500. Participants must provide a name and email address upon completing the financial literacy tasks. Open to anyone 13 years or older who resides in Texas. One completed entry per person, per month. Need not be a Shell FCU member to participate. Dream Big, Win Bigger: Shell FCU Debit cardholders earn one entry for every 20 PIN or signature transactions with a minimum purchase amount of $25 at restaurants, food establishments, grocery stores, or gas stations. To qualify, eligible Visa debit card transactions must be approved and posted during the qualifying month to your checking. Merchants are responsible for classifying card transactions by type. Shell FCU is not responsible for modifying or correcting merchant data therefore some transactions may not qualify for this promotion. Purchases that are subsequently returned will not qualify. CashBack+ transactions are excluded from this promotion. Additionally, each Auto, Personal, or Debt Consolidation Loan of at least $2,000 funded within the month will earn another entry. Both debit card transactions and specified loan types reset as qualifiers at the beginning of each month. Debit card entries will be linked to the individual cardholder's name, while loan entries will be linked to the primary member's name. There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries per month.
